ATS checker — common questions
What is an ATS?+
An Applicant Tracking System is software many companies use to collect and filter applications. It reads the text of your resume, so a clean layout, standard section headings and the right keywords help your resume reach a human recruiter.
Is this ATS checker free?+
Yes, completely free and no login. Your file is only used to read its text for the check and is not stored.
Does a high score guarantee a shortlist?+
No tool can promise that. The score reflects widely recommended resume practices; matching the job description and showing real results matter most.
How do I improve my score quickly?+
Fix the red items in the checklist, add numbers to your achievements, and paste the job description to see which keywords are missing.
